How do I do multiple nested if test in short formulas to do the following -
Cell A1 10%, Cell A2 50%, Cell A3 100% These are markup percentages

Column B 1:5 $10, $5, $80.40, $150, $2.5
Column C 1:5 if value in B1 = $10 or less answer $10 plus $10x Cell$A$1, if
value in B1= between $11 and $30 answer value (ie say $15) plus $15 x Cell
$A$2, if value in B1 = $31 or great answer vale (ie say $35) plus $35 x Cell
$A$3

Can anyone help with a simple formula to cover all three queries in the one
if test.
Then column B1:B5 will have the varying dollar amoungs and column C1:C5 will
have the if test to product the right markup value for the match amount in
Bcolumn.

Also I am looking for something similar to select between three columns of
dates to pick the latest date and enter the value next to that date.

Any help is appreciated.

You should ask you question in an Excel newgroup. This newsgroup is for
Access.

Thanks but you will see I didput in a second post realising that I had
misplaced the query, I just have yet to get round to retyping it to there.
Any ideas on how to transfer the questions to another section easily without
retyping?

Thanks
