Nested IF Statements

I have following information that I'm trying to have populate the correct amount depending upon the listed "target distribution rate". So, if I put 6% in the cell next to target distribution rate, I want $14,418.25 to be displayed later in the spreadsheet.

If 7% listed, then $16,821.29.

I want to be able to look at variable impact of target distribution rate.

I have Excel 2011 for Mac and tried to do nested "if" statements, but after entering 2 all was OK, then adding the 3rd said "too many arguments".

Any suggestions? Thanks.
