Nested IF function

I have the following formula for range of rows in Column F - I want the cell
populated by 1. meeting first condition (formula below) 2. looking at Column
D and returning value in Column F instead of "null" if cell (row) is
populated Column D

Cell F13 has formula =IF(AND(J17>=81.73),0.12,IF(AND(J17>=81.73),0))

I had help with this first formula; I really need help now with the second.
 
One guess, maybe you had this in mind ..
F13 has formula =IF(AND(J17>=81.73),0.12,IF(AND(J17>=81.73),0))

In F13, make it as just: =IF(J17>=81.73,0.12,0)
Then in say, G13: =IF(D13<>"",F13,"")

Or if you want it combined (do away with F13),
just use this in G13:
=IF(D13<>"",IF(J17>=81.73,0.12,0),"")

Thank you for trying Max - I was not clear in my first post. I will post
again, with better explanation.
