Can I install and use Nero Ultra the same as in XP ?

Nero 6 works...somewhat.
The latest version of Nero 7 should fully work.

If you have Nero 7 in any form you can update it to be Vista
compatible. There's a free update on the Nero website to version
7.10.1.0 which is Vista compatible.

If you have Vista 6 you can get a reduced price for the upgrade.

still works like a charm
