Nero offscreen?

When I run Nero, it appears that the window appears off-screen. The only
way I can view the window is if I right-click the Nero icon in the task bar
and hit "maximize". Otherwise you see the window shrink and fly off the
left side of the screen. What gives?

Right click, select Move and use the arrow keys.
