After recently upgrading MS-Anti-Spyware the real-time pop-up window has
started working again after a hiatus. The latest message is that it is
ALLOWING NeoPlanet into the registry. WHY??? Why didn't it ask me to allow
or BLOCK first??? I would definitely have chosen BLOCK!!! WHY???

If an particular app is known to be free of spyware, then it will be allowed
to be installed without asking the user. This way the user isn't inundated
with prompts when they install something on their system. If you haven't
recently installed anything, then this could be associated with spyware. I'd
suggest sending a suspected spyware report if you haven't recently installed
anything on the system.
