I did a google search on

CdRom0: SCSIStatus(x02) WinError(0) NeroError(-1135)

Came up with this.

http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/406343

This references a bug related issue with a previous version. There is also a recommendation to upgrade the firmware of the drive as well as slow the burn process.

http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic66152.html

This one references the type of disc and drive. Do you have the proper discs for the drive?
I notice that this shows in the log: Sense Key: 0x03 (KEY_MEDIUM_ERROR)

Also, this:

Media Type: 0, Layer: 0, Address: 0 (0 h), AGID: 0; Length: 2050
Book Type: DVD+R (10), Part Version: 1.0x (1)
Disc Size: 120 mm, Maximum Rate: <not specified> (F h)
Number of Layers: 1, Track Path: Parallel Track Path (PTP), Layer Type: recordable

Single Layer DVD+R? Burning a dual layer image?

And this link:

http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f10/nero-8-failed-to-complete-burning-at-99-a-634815.html

Supports my theory that there is an issue with your disc somehow. Either it is a cheap disc, not the correct layering match with the drive, etc.
