Hi quilting2

Assuming that you have the custom dictionary, you can install it at Tools >
Options > Spelling and Grammar > Custom Dictionaries > Add. Navigate to your
dictionary file and click OK.

Hope this helps.

That is not the right dictionary that i am looking to add. This actual
dictionary puts a icon on my tool bar in word to be used eg. highlight a
medical term and click the dictionary and it will bring up the defination or
some similar to it. In 2002 there is an option in the tool bars for
collexion reference in 2002 that allows these to be added, so my question is
why does the 2005 not have the option. Thank you.

Hi quilting 2

There is no Word 2005. I'm assuming you're using Word 2003.

There is nothing called Collexion in Word 2002. What you were using must
have been an add-in that worked with Word. You'll need to re-install it from
the original Collexion file. If you're having troubles, I suggest that you
contact the provider of the Collexion dictionary.

Hope this helps.
