ESCO Wallpaper Changer can put a calendar on your desktop, can be
configured to select wallpaper from one or various folders, and more. I
have enjoyed using it for the past couple of years.

Thanks for info on ESCO Wallpaper Changer gave it a try but did not
like it no way to set of category or hot keys icon on task bar
