Need to uninstall and then reinstall outlook but can't find my cd

I purchased Microsoft Office 2007 Suite a year or two ago. Outlook has
recently been giving me a lot of problems so my IT guy suggested I uninstall
and reinstall the program. The problem is that I can't find my office suite
CD.

Is there anyway I can download this from the web for free or get a reduced
charge for a new copy since I already paid for this?

Uninstalling/Reinstalling is unlikely to do anything.
No its not available to download & use with your key
If you can provide proof of purchase you can obtain the media (assuming a
retail edition)
You will need the media in any case to conduct a repair

So my only option is to purchase a new office 2007 cd? I have the product
key but cannot find the cd or purchase receipt. Is there a way to get some
sort of discount?

No discount, unless you qualify as a student/educational purchaser
If you have a qualifying version you can buy an upgrade version.

You could try, if you know someone with the exact same version of Office as
yours attempting a repair, using *your* office key if required
