Need to sort large number of data

Hi

I need to sort the data which are in 15 column and 1000 rows , the data
should be sorted accroding to the minimum difference between of 0.09
one rows of data to another set of data
also while sorting it should assign the original idetity of data which
are alphnumeric.
folowwing is just an example of two different data set in 15 column
N10L05 0.886 0.647 0.590 0.989 1.000 0.995 1.000
0.712 0.670 0.787 0.64 0.43
0.61 0.56 0.76

N15L100 0.517 0.536 0.553 1.000 0.826 0.964 1.000 0.411 0.853
0.649 0.76 0.68 0.67 0.35 0.55

Hi Peter,
Sorry, don't understand the question. What are you trying to do
that is different form other sorts. Are you trying to sort horizontally
rather than vertically? What does the minimum difference between
of 0.09 mean.
