Need to Sort Data

I have a file as below
Which has Store Numbers in Coloum A
- all the store that are in coloum A are unique - no duplicate store numbers
- but every store will appear in one of the coloum in R1, R2 or R3 only once
- so if store 9562 is under R2 it will not reappear in any other R's
- so basically we are trying to figure out which store is coming under which
"R's"
