Hello,
I need to send a notification email to everyone in my contact list - I've
got about 400 contacts and need to send the same general email to all of the
them - Is there an easy and convenient way to do this?
I sure as heck hope so!!!

I'd use a mail merge to Word to ensure that each person gets an individual
message.

Couldn't the BCC function also be used? That way each person appears to get
an "individual" Email message without all the other 399 names in the
heading.

Not necessarily. What the individual sees will depend on their mail client.
In some cases, they may not see anything at all because their antispam
program may block a message sent without an explicit To.

Good point. Thanks. Between you and Russ V., I seem to get most of my
questions answered before I ask them!!!. Thank you...
