Need to revise content to attach a file to a posted form.

I have a few custom forms that require users to attach a file. This is
typically done as a secondary task after the form has been posted. I have a
few issues here. In order to attach a file, I have to manually Revise
Contents via the Edit menu before Insert is enabled. Is there a setting to
automate this or is it indicating a deeper issue? 2nd issue is minor but
annoying. How can I get away from seeing the Signature from everyone how
posts? Can it be disabled or should I be using a different type of field.
Currently using Message. Any help appreciated. Thanks

There is no setting to turn off this normal behavior of post forms.

The Message field is required if you want users to be able to work with attachments.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...spx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms
