Need to Retain Mail in Server

I need to retain some mails in the server for a certain
period of time, My Server is a exchange 2003 server,
where I am connecting from out of office with a Cached
exchange mode, any suggestions please.

If you are using Outlook 2003 in cached mode and the point of delivery is
your Exchange mailbox, then the items are left on the server. The local OST
file will just contain a mirror of what is on the server.
