Need to replace motherboard for FX51

The ASUS SK8N in my system died a couple weeks back and I've bee
trying to get a replacement for it (rather, the folks who I stil
have it under warranty from are, I'm getting impatient). [ The powe
supply and system fans all spin up, and nothing.. can't hear the HD'
or any other indication of anything else working.
Since it has an FX51, what current options do I have that will wor
with it, it's registered memory, etc.. the warrantor says they'r
trying to get me an Abit AV8 but looking at Abit's site it say
they've discontinued that board.
..so frustrating.

If you select Socket 940 here, you can get a list of motherboards.
There are 44 boards listed.
