I am going to inherit very soon a 250+ workstation AD domain. I will need
to change the "local admin" and other local account passwords on each of the
machines. I know that it can be done from an MMC console on an admin
workstation with domain admin permissions -- I just don't know exactly what
steps to go about doing it. Can somebody brief me? Thanks!

Open up Computer Management mmc, right-click Computer Management (Local) and
say Connect to another computer. Type the name and boom you are in.

Local users and groups should be one of the options (along with other useful
things like the Event Viewer, Services, and Device Manager of the machine)

You can also use cusrmgr from the resource kit to do a batch job. Look
