Need To Recover File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks

Under Network Connections>LAN or High-Speed Internet local area
Connection>Properties, I have lost 'File and Printer Sharing for
Microsoft Networks'. I need to re-install it I would guess, as it is
missing.

How do I do that?

I have tried some things I found via Google, but I could not get it
back using suggestions there (I probably didn't do something right).
