Need to pool out duplicates in a different column or sheet

Hi,

I already created a macro in excel to pool out duplicates and paste in
other columns. I did a test run for 50000 and it does fine job.
But the issue is i have over 1.2 million records , just in single
column say they are part numbers. So, i have to use access to open the
file and do the job
i do not know how to use the macro that i created in excel to do the
job in access as Iam not much familiar with it.
is there any other macro if its out there which somebody is using i can
share.
I have the input file sorted and with only one column data. The program
has to pool out the data checking for duplicates and post it somewhere
in the new sheet or same sheet. It should be a simple job for access
gurus.

I really appreciate your time

What are you trying to do? Get a final list with duplicates removed? OR
just get a list of those that ARE duplicates?

If the former, just create a simple query, pull your field out, then
choose properties for the query, (right click on opne area where teh
tables are listed) and choose "unique values."

If the latter, just create a new query using the "find duplicates" wizard.
