Need to place a date picker [calendar] in a MS Word *.dot file.

Need to place a date picker [calendar] in a MS Word *.dot file to permit
users of the template to make a date selection from the date picker. Date
entry in the field must be dd/MM/yyyy.

Will appreciate any assistance I can get.
