Need to overlay PPT slides

need to display the first slide then the second then the third without
erasing the first slide

Could you explain your question in a little more details - as I'm not sure I
understand what it is you are trying to achieve?

a simple way is to just copy the slide and add new pieces to the copies then
use as an ordinary slide show....think that should work
