Need to make START MENU inaccessable

I have a limited account set up for the kids (for obvious reasons). But my
nephew installed a game that will only play on an account with administrative
rights. So I gave it to him (had to pull the ethernet cord tho).

Anyway, he likes to meddle around where he's not supposed to, changing
settings and stuff. Is there any way to deny access to the START MENU (and
any other places he could cause damage) without having to limit his account
again? I hate for him not to be able to play his game.

That's sort of a Classic "All or Nothing" type of situation.

Easier to "Restore" than prevent. I'd would consider Acronis True
Image. Take a "Known" good image and after changes you don't
want to make permanent are made - restore the image. Unless he
is frequent visitor and then you may spend lot's of time undoing the
changes he makes.

"Twiddling" (Unwanted Changes to YOUR PC) is a problem.
It's like letting someone re-arrange your file cabinet. You could tell
him not to do it - back that seldom works. Everybody thinks the
way they set up Windows is best.

Today's prize winner for miss-spellings, context error(s).
1.) "Unless he is "A" frequent...."
2.) ""BUT" that seldom works..."

In the further interests of precision:

The word: "misspell" is not hyphenated and does not have three "s'es" in it.

The period after "...(s)." should be a colon.
