If you are using sheets of name tags, you can use Letters & Mailings to
create them. Place all the names in a table with a header. After you select
Letters & Mailings (Tools menu), select Labels, then select the appropraite
labe type. Hint: Even if you are not using Avery tags, other companies
usually include a comperable to Avery #. If you read the Mail Merge task
pane, it does a pretty good job of guiding you through the process.
