Need to Insert Page Number Watermark in Excel 2007

I have seen Excel spreadsheets that have the page number as a watermark.
How can I and a page number watermark to an Excel 2007 spreadsheet?

Or just displayed on screen.

I'd like to see it displayed on screen and print but I'll take whatever I
