Need to have same ID's on three PCs using MS Outlook.

We have 7 Sales Idividual who at one time had their own PCs. We are now
going to have only 3 PCs to be shared by these 7 Individual; there was some
Internet abuse going on and Administration thought this would be a good
solution. Now I must make it happen; they need Internet (for Business), MS
Outlook for Mail Service, we have a rather small network drive that I could
use, however, the PCs all have 80 Gig hard drives with CD Writers. Can I
some how syncronize the Mail accounts across these three machines?
