I need to be able to follow up with clients at designated times throughout
the year. Is there a way to set this up and have it flag me for the calls
that need to be made each week?

Put a date field in your table and create a report that looks for calls due
where[Field_Name]<=Date(). You just have to remember to print the report each
week and see who you should be calling.
