Need to get back start menu recently used list

I ran a program to empty mru lists and it seems to have worked.

However the effect was that the most recently used list in the start menu
has dissapeared - it has not been re-populated when I later ran programs.

I guess that in the registry a 'default' entry or a full entry was deleted.

What can I do to restore the original behavior of the start menu recently
used list? I would prefer to avoid reverting to a previous restore point.

Try running the "undo" script on line 70 right side.
