I want to convert my WMA songs to MP3 and then arite them
to a cd to play on my car cd/mp3 player.

I'm not sure why you need to convert. Most CD burning S/W(e.g. Nero) will write
a .wma to audio CD format without any requiring any conversion. I have several
"compilation" CD's in which the tracks started out as a mixture of .wma and
..mp3 compressed titles.
