Need the While Out Telephone Message e-mail feature for Outlook 2.

Outlook 97 had a form entitled While You Were Out for sending telephone
messages directly from the computer. I can't seem to find this in Outlook
2003
and could really use it for a visually impaired employee who uses Window
Eyes and for the other employees in the office.

Any ideas or suggestions?
 
Outlook 2003 can use the same form, which is available on Microsoft's web
site.
