Need the bluetooth drivers

AAAAAARRRRGGGGHH!

This afternoon, I deleted the drivers for the generic bluetooth radio and
the bluetooth enumerator that are part of windows--i am running windows xp
home and have sp2 installed.

I now have NO ICONS IN THE CONTROL PANEL OR DEVICE MANAGER FOR ANYTHING
BLUETOOTH RELATED--NO ICON FOR THE BLUETOOTH RADIO OR THE ENUMERATOR!!! HOW
DO I GET THE ICONS AND THE DRIVERS BACK?????

I tried downloading sp2 again, but this did not help; it only took up more
space on my disk drive.

I have a Belkin USB dongle that I am trying to install. I know how to
"force" windows to use the Belkin driver, but in order to do that I have to
be able to click on an icon in the device manager. How the $#@*&!! can I do
that if there are no #@!*^&% icons!

I guess I could totally reinstall windows, but i don't want to do that if at
all possible.

My head is aching from all this mess!

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Go to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\. Delete the following key: {e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974}. Open Device
Manager. (run devmgmt.msc) Remove the Bluetooth radio listed here. Click Action, click Scan for hardware changes. This should
re-enumerate the Bluetooth adapter, using the SP2 drivers.

thanks.

let me elaborate a little bit, to be sure that we are on the same page--

when i open device manager, i should have a little bluetooth icon that, when
it is "opened" shows two things: the generic bluetooth radio and the
microsoft bluetooth emulator. I have NONE of that. I wonder if the drivers
themelves are deleted and really want a link on how to reinstall those
drivers and get the icon back.

I am going to try your way first, since it makes sense that since i have
redownloaded sp2, that the drivers should be there.

my next question is this:

how do i go to HKLM\system, etc. is that a command prompt?

thanks for your help!
