This newsgroup is designed to advise on the technical aspects of using Word,
not to give advice on the *content* of documents written in Word. It is not
the best place to ask your question. Search the web for examples (using
Google at http://www.google.com/ or another search engine), or use your
imagination.
As Suzanne said we don't do content here but I have to ask: Do you REALLY
need a template for that? We aren't talking about a lengthy legal document
that could change a person's life. What's wrong with a simple note?
I suspect that rather than a pre-written template, you want a simple note.
If you need more, look into mail-merge to address your note to multiple
people.
