need some help plz!!!

ok i just got my system up and running and now it reboots
all the time (i.e at different times some times at login
after i put in my pwd,some times when i am just surfing
the net some times when i am doing nothing)nothing in the
event log that would indacate a reboot, but after i reboot
some times i get a error that says "The system has
recovered from a serious error" (error report
contents "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini012404-17.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERB.tmp.dir00
\sysdata.xml") also i get a error that my ati aiw video
card has nothing installed but that is not possibule
because it is working, i can out put to the tv, i have had
all sorts of problems ever sence i build this damm
computer, like at first it would error out on the install,
both legs (i.e copying files, some files couldn't be
copied, but after i solved that problem, it would blue
screen on the second part of the install always different,
so then i did a few things like change the ram, and fix
mbr)i finaly got it instaled and after installing sp1 and
all my drivers i get these error, plz help me

p4 2.4c
abit ai7
2x256 kingston hyperx pc3200
420 wt psu
ati aiw 9600pro

Unexpected reboots are frequently caused by a bad or underated power suppy. Might want to check it
