Need Report w/ 3 pages for each record

Hi experts!

I have created a really great form that has 3 tabs to fill out questions for
employee performance reviews. Each tab represents a separate section/type of
questions.

What I need now is a way to print these out, each tab on a sheet, one record
at a time (some sort of selection).

I don't really want to print out the form looking like a "form" I'd like it
in another format. How do I accomplish this?
