how can i safely remove all user accounts and not have to
log in or on i recently restored my computer and this
changed , previously i didnt ever have to log on or use an
admiastrator account as of now i can use system tools or
use some programs ,before someone walked me thru in the
regedit to by pass this all , please help

you cannot disable all the user accounts because this is the way
windows xp works but fortunately you can make windows log you in
automatically when the computer boots this can be done in tweakui >
logon > autologon tweakui is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp
