need keyboard shortcut for Space After instead of Space Before

Spacing before is rarely used in the legal environment unless we are creating
a Table of Contents where we have Articles and Sections and only want a
double space (12 pts Space Before (Ctrl + 0) each Article).

Spacing after is used with every style we create especially since we use
this with Keep with Next - example is a heading that we want to remain with
at least 2 lines of the next paragraph so we apply spacing after and keep
with next on the heading and we don't have to worry about a heading ending up
on the bottom a page and the paragraph after ending up on a new page.

The correct way to apply both Spacing Before and Spacing After is with a
style, and you can assign a keyboard shortcut to any style. For headings in
particular, you should use Word's built-in heading styles (see
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numbering/UseBuiltInHeadingStyles.html).
Headings 1-4 are formatted as "Keep with next" by default, and all have some
Spacing Before and After, which can be modified (along with other aspects of
font and paragraph formatting) to meet your requirements (see
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/styles/ModifyAStyle.html).
