need help

my server was (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) but now we have windows
vista and it won't except these servers.What do I change it too.

You don't use a "@" in a server name.
Replace the "@" with a "."

No, that was not your servers. Servers don't have the "@". Go to the
eastlink.ca web site and look at the help pages to get the correct settings.
I can't help much because the eastlink.ca web site is forcing me to "select
your province/region" and I don't know where you are.
