Hello every body I need help about Scientific and Fractions in Cell==>Format
Menu==> Excel program. I mean what are these commands for.
 
Enter 10.67 in a cell then format to one of the formats found under Fractions.

See what happens to the view of the number as you try various options.

Enter 123456 in a cell and format to Scientific and see what happens to the
number.

You could, in a real pinch, try the help section of Excel.
