Need help!!!

I have vista ultimate and now my external hard drive is not even recodniced
alongside with usb hub and devices and my external keyboard... What can i do.
is here a number i can call for help??
 
Hi there Memes, I believe there aint all you can do is try to find the
Drivers online look at device manager in Vista and see if you can do anything
in there
