This is a follow up to a previous request. I'll try to be more specific.
I have 4 tables in word (2 columns) that give definition of test taken and
scores.
They will be imported to Access to show up on a report as a list. (we would
like the scores' column to line up .)
Not all tests are given to each patient. So, when the form is being filled
out, the tests are chosen, then the scores are inputted. I have tried
various methods, and
have come up with making the tests a subform which is editable.
The problem lies in the report end. User wants results to be in datasheet
view, and I can't shrink if I use a subreport on master report if more than
one test is selected.
I hope you can read between the lines what I'm saying. If not , help me
make it more clear, I'm not good with putting things down in condensed
verbage.
In a nutshell. User fills out info pertaining to individual patients using
a form.
Part of form includes 4 tests to be selected and scores entered in form
view. Then the results are printed in report, with 1-4 tests possible .
