I'm using a PC with different users. My account is the
administrator, so how can i block some programs to be not
accessable for those useres with limited account such as
the messenger, and some else things ??
Plz try to help me as soon as possible

I can point you in the direction of start -> run -> mmc
File -> add/remove snap-in -> add -> group policy, then ok till you get back
to the mmc window
I've not messed with this stuff, but I'm quite sure this is where it's at.
