Need Help

Mike

My computer has been freezing every five minutes. If you
are a computer genius please help me here. I am
reformatting after this next weekend so all will be fixed,
but maybe something can be fixed before then so I don't
freeze every 5 minutes.

I went into safe mode, and when it froze I got a blue
screen, which said this:

***Stop: 0x0000007A (0xE25988E4, 0xC000000E, OxA00C98B0,
0x08B21860)
Kernel_Data_Inpage_Error
*** Address A00C98B0 base at A0000000, Datestamp 4047dcd6-
win32k.sys
Beginning dump of physical memory

Does this mean anything signifigant, or just some generic
message? Any help would be verrrrry appreciated.

For one thing, I know I have a backdoor trojan virus
named "py[1].exe"..or so norton says. But when it tells
me how to fix it, (go to safe mode and scan) norton
doesn't find it. I'd imagine this is related to my
freezing problem. Please email me with any suggestions.
If I'm in the wrong forum, would you mind directing me to
a more appropriate one? Thank you.
