Need help with Windows Media Player! Please!

Whenever I go on the internet and click on a link like podcast, music on the
website it usually plays under windows media player but now it plays under
quicktime. How do I make Windows Media Player be the default player?

Please help! Thank you!
 
Open media player
right click next to the arrows.........tools.......options....file types
check the files that you want media player to play
