need help with wages spread sheets

please could somebody help me? i have been doing wages in a book for years
but i am trying to use spread sheets, i haven't got a clue and could do with
down loading one some how, and also profit loss spread sheets
 
Rather than reply to someone who might be looking for contract work (ie your
money), you might try ask this question in an Excel news group.

Better yet, if you are attempting to computerize payroll or other accounting
tasks, there are some very good and relatively inexpensive accounting
programs available.
