need help with row headers

working on a spreadsheet & at the top left of the spreadsheet where you
normally see a blank cell, this spreadsheet has 2 boxes inside that cell 1
numbered "1" & another numberd "2"..... HELP
 
Data>Group and Outline> Click on UnGroup to clear.
