Need HELP with report....

Here is what I need...

After opening a report (command button on form)
....with Underlying Query...(the query criteria finds
records where the FeePaid box is Yes...and the
AcceptanceFeeLetterSent box is set to 'No'...and gives me
those records...)

After it runs...I need that AcceptanceFeeLetterSent
Yes/No field for those records to update to YES....so
that those applicants do not get resent the letter!!!

Run an update query after the report closes. I would never put any code in
the report that would modify data.

Thanks Duane...I have done that to a few reports after
they close (works great)...but for some reason the latest
one won't update...says the operation needs to use an
updateable query...???
