need help with racquetball schedule

I do the schedules for our racquetball league. I am trying to create a
spreadsheet that will automate the scheduling process possibly using
formulas or however it can be done.

Notice the notation regarding column hidden B....

What is the challenge?

This: We have more players than courts will accommodate so some
players need a bye in their schedule...

Fixed info = 4 courts
fixed info = 2 players for each match

variable info = number of players
variable info = number of weeks in schedule required so each player
plays one match with each of the other players

I have made schedules for 9 or less players where no BYEs or just one
BYE is required.

automate.
