Need help with job completion letter.

I need to send a letter to an insurance company letting them know when a job
we were working on was completed.

This newsgroup doesn't deal with the content of Word docs. I'd suggest
trying Google to see if you can find something online.

I think abbiedan's post can be interpreted as a request for assistance on how
one might forensically look at a doc to determine when it was completed,
through, say, its Properties...

If this is the case, you could go File | Properties and fish around in there
for information that might show when the job was finished, e.g., Properties
shows when a doc was last printed.

I read it as the OP has done physical work on a project (for some reason I'm
thinking construction type work) and now they need to inform the insurance
company that it's done.
