Need help with emty field in a report

Hello, i have a report that i would like took like somthing like this
Address 1
2 3
4
5 6 7 8 9
10, 11 12 13
i was able to figure out how to hide the text box when their are record
in every fiels. My problem is when some of the field are empty. i would like
to have the address title show only once. so if 1,2,3 & 4 are empy the text
should only show on row 5 6 7 8 9 something like this

Address 5 6 7 8 9
10, 11 12 13
hope someone can help

This I do not understand.

Set the text box Can Grow property to Yes. Reduce the vertical size to
appear as a hairline. Like this ---
Address _ _ _
- - -
that way the following data will move up.
