information that you need. They can also help you set up your email account while
you are on the phone with them

mycingular.net is her ISP. I doubt that someone would know the info that Lena would
need. She is better off calling them.

Who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider. If you currently don't have an email address,
we can help with that also.

Thanks everyone. I have AT&T wireless for both internet and phone service. I
was with cingular before AT&T took over. I didnt think about that. Im new
