Need help with an excel macro to group & outine rows

i need a excel macro to group all the rows containing data below a blank cell. In the attached screen shot, cells 2 & 5 are blank, so the macro needs to group rows 3, 4 & 6,7 & so on till the last cell in the row. If you could please assist me with this.
